A neighbourhood bakery on Piccadilly

We opened in summer 2025 with a simple aim: bread worth walking for. Everything is baked fresh each morning — from our overnight-slow sourdough to seasonal sweet things.

We also bake a dedicated gluten-free range, because nobody should miss out on a good croissant.

Baked for everyone

Our gluten-free range is baked in a separate preparation area using dedicated equipment. Current favourites include almond croissants, seedy bloomers, and a lemon & polenta cake.
